Damping Sheet

Composition: Damping sheets are composed and formulated with rubber and other high molecular materials, while assisted partially by nature-altered special materials and suitable proportions of filler, softener, and anti-aging agents. It can be coated on one or both sides with constant and pressure sensitive glues, and laminated with a peeling paper. Properties: 1.This product has stable physical and chemical characteristics, however, it does not have any stimulation to human body's skin, nor any corrosion to materials such as metal, plastics, or rubber. 2.Its optimal application temperature range is 25°C±10°C. 3.The product can be tailored to a customer's order in pads or tapes, it can be in various colors, density and dimensions. 4.and it also has excellent vibration damping and noise reducing functions, heat resistance, freeze resistance, age resistance, and extremely strong adhesion. Applications: 1. Vibration and noise reduction for instruments in various aero and space-craft, and the crafts themselves 2.Vibration and noise reduction for various traffic vehicles 3. Noise reducing and muting for air conditioners, refrigerators, clothes washers, dishwashers, and other household appliances 4.Vibration and noise reducing for other mechanical bodies, especially for planar mechanical bodies.
